Save on Medical Equipment Energy Use - We understand that if you or someone in your household uses electrically-powered medical equipment, your energy source becomes even more important. That’s why Medical Baseline Allowance provides an additional 16.5 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per day at the lowest baseline rate to help offset the cost of operating your medical equipment. Pay Your Bill Over Time - Payment arrangements can help you manage your energy costs when life gets complicated. We'll work with eligible customers to create a payment plan that spreads the amount over time, even up to 12 months. If you’ve previously had a payment arrangement, you’re eligible to apply again. Debt Forgiveness for CARE/FERA Customers - Customers who are enrolled in our CARE/FERA programs and have qualifying past-due bills may be able to participate in our Arrearage Management Plan (AMP). AMP will forgive up to $8,000 in eligible late payments. To learn more, CLICK HERE

Get Help from Your Community - We believe in neighbors helping neighbors. Our Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) is SCE’s non-profit fund that helps us put community first. Qualifying customers can receive one-time monetary assistance with their energy bill. We work with over 80 community-based organizations to make applying easy and accessible.
