What a year it has BEEN for the SJVCEO! Like most of you, we have been confined to our homes since March 13th, but somehow, through all the chaos, we have made it through another year. We wanted to share our 2020 experiences and lessons learned a little different this year. Please click through these short clips to see some highlights of what we achieved this year and to hopefully have a laugh or two!
Work from Home (WFH) Learning Bundles GRAND PRIZE:
SJVCEO launched a new digital resource this year, our WFH Learning Bundles! These newsletter-type digital resources covered a large variety of EE topics that included past Technology Tuesdays, Fast Chats, Workforce info, Best Practices, and IOU webinars. We hope we kept you all active and educated in energy efficiency! What was the most popular topic? Check it out in the clip above!
BLOG EE Blow-Up!
It’s so secret that the SJVCEO loves our blog posts. From Tech Tuesdays, Energizing the Workforce, IOU updates, and more, our blog sky-rocketed this year and we couldn’t be happier. Take a look at this clip to see just how many posts we had this year AND why were cats involved?
Fun with Fast Chats:
Our beloved Fund-It Fast Chat channel had a lot of big wins this year! Covering an EE financing topic EVERY month of 2020 not only led us to gaining new viewers but so much more! See some highlights in the clip to your right! Missed any this year? Check them out on our website or on our Youtube channel!
Who is our #1 Digital Partner?
In this digital era, we are always trying to brainstorm new, innovative ways to engage with our partners all over California. However, we have one partner who was always there to share, like, comment, and spread the word on what the SJVCEO is doing! Who is that partner you may ask? Check out the clip!
Spotify Playlists or Team Development?
What started off as a small project between the four of us has turned in something much more than that! Our monthly Spotify playlists are not only one of the best parts of the month BUT our colleagues from across the state also want to be involved in this! (Yes I am talking directly to you Jordan) Take a look here to see why our music brings really does bring people together!
That’s a wrap on 2020! We thank you all for joining us on this wild ride and we cannot wait to hop back in for 2021. Have a wonderful and safe holiday season and we will see you in the new year. Cheers all!
