Dr. King passionately committed himself to community and service.
On January19, 2013, Americans from all walks of life
honored Dr. King’s legacy through a day of service, a day on, not a day off. The National Day of Service traditionally falls on MLK day, however, the 2013 inaugural events coincided with the holiday, and the National Day of Service was observed on the 19th.

Our Organization is committed to a mission of public service through education and outreach on the benefits of a more sustainable and energy efficient life.
